This unit provides rich, smoked flavor steaks, burgers, chicken breasts, or grilled salmon while its built-in gas log starter and adjustable gas valve gives you the temperature control of a gas fired boiler.

Thanks to its standing pilot, it allows for instant ignition. Moreover, its open bottom cast iron grate allows for continuous updraft for optimum fuel combustion. For added convenience, this charbroiler has a large stainless steel door with handle at the front for easy loading and moving of any type of wood or charcoal. Designed with durability in mind, this wood-fired charbroiler has a stainless steel rugged exterior body while its heavy duty fire box is lined with refractory bricks to protect the interior from burnout.
