No problem. Instead of baking them in a round pan, place them on a large cookie sheet, leaving a 1-1/2” space between each bun.

¾ cup orange juice
½ cup butter
½ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
½ cup warm orange juice
4 1/2 tsp dry yeast
5 to 6 cups flour
2 eggs
2 Tbsp grated orange rind

2 small acorn squash
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, not diluted

1 1/2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pecans
