g #1.
That is why First Lady Michelle Obama, started the "Let’s Move" campaign to end childhood obesity. On June 4th, 2010, she addressed hundreds of chefs in a campaign to go out to the schools and put an end to the unhealthy eating that is rampant today. First Lady Michelle Obama feels that there is no one who can do a better job than a chef to help the next generation make healthy food choices.
In addition to the food we consume, there is the aspect of physical activity as well. Exercise plays an important role in our overall health. 60 minutes of daily physical activity will help children feel more energetic and maintain their proper weight levels.
