1 stick margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1/4 c peanut butter
2 large eggs
2 1/3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
12 oz. chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to °375F.
2. Cream margarine/butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and brown sugar.
3. Add peanut butter and continue mixing.
4. Add eggs. Mix again.
5. Add flour, salt and baking soda to the batter . Make sure that the dough is mixed well before going on to step 6.
6. Once the dough is well mixed, stir in the chocolate chips and let the batter mix, using a lower setting, until the chocolate chips are spread out equally.
7. Scoop the batter with a mini scooper and place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Do not place them to close together since the cookies tend to spread while baking.
8. Bake 9 to 12 minutes. The middle of the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies will be soft when you take them out of the oven but will harden as they cool. Allow the cookies to cool off completely before removing them from the cookie sheet.

Hearty Appetite!
