The Avocado Kiwi Drink

Avocados -fresh, natural, nutritious, creamy, rich in flavor and chock full of vitamins. Blend together with nutrient filled Kiwis. Spice it up with a bit of alcohol.   I’m literally salivating and drooling just with the image of it.

And the color - Perfect for St. Patrick's Day – GREEN! It's the perfect way to end any St. Patrick's day meal. Absolutely irresistible.

Ingredients:

1 avocado
4 kiwis
1/2 can pineapple juice
1/2 - 3/4 C sugar
1 oz. Vodka of your choice or to taste

Chunky Monkey Smoothie

Be it for breakfast, lunch, or as a treat, nothing comes close to a satisfying bite. For adults, it’s a perfect way to break up a workday. As for kids, it’s a great booster when energy levels are dwindling. This recipe is chock-full of flavor kids love, and contains many of the essential proteins and vitamins that are required for them to reach their potential.

The chunky monkey smoothie is like a peanut butter and banana sandwich, only it is in a liquid form, with some chocolate syrup enhancing the flavors.

 

Ingredients:

3 heaping tablespoons creamy peanut butter

½ cup milk

4-5 ice cubes

1 ripe banana, frozen

6-8 oz. vanilla yogurt

1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
