Mashed potatoes, again? This one is very different. The roasted garlic gives it a really nice taste while the milk fluffs it up. These will have adults and kids scrambling for doubles.

Ingredients:

1 whole head garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb red potatoes, peeled and quartered
3 cups water
½ cup milk
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
