Braziers
The brazier features a wide heating surface which allows the cooking of meats and vegetables in a finite amount of liquid. The brazier is ideal for slow cooking, or as a base for a hot bath for sauce pans. Unlike a side handled sauce pan, which has a similar design, the brazier is much shorter. Some also refer to it as a round roasting pan, though it's designed for the stove top(though some models are also designed for oven use).
