TigerChef's Video Contest resulted in a couple of top chef videos.
Brad Halsten of the Burger Dive in Billings, Montana won first place with his California Barbecue Burger recipe. Brad illustrates how he makes his sumptuous California Barbecue Burger recipe, which is a burger topped with grilled tri-tip and smothered in Chef Brad's specialty napa barbeque sauce. It's surely this vibrant, rich sauce, which incorporates Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, onions, garlic and other spices to make an amazing sauce. Watch as Brad puts in a lot of professionalism and dedication into his signature burger dish, a sure winner!
Runner up Shane Miller, executive chef of the Houston Zoo illustrates how he makes his specialty dish, the Southwest Crusted Tenderloin with Black Bean Roasted Corn Grit and Blackened Shrimp with a Cilantro Pesto, a gourmet dish that is a specialty dish at many events at the Houston Zoo. Shane's super specialty dish incorporates true Texan style products, with Texan beef, Texan produce and other ingredients grown in the state. Watch as he whips up this extravaganza.
