Custom Policy

Custom items are items that are made specially for you upon order. We do not stock custom items and they are not made in bulk. Therefore, once we start processing your order (within 24 hours of order placement), we cannot cancel your order. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges on any custom items. All custom items are final sale. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
