Best hands down on the planet. My company does not have a supply company yet who can even sell a 12 in. steel but I went to a vocational school with 14 in. steels, I guess we call it now old school. I'm fixing to be a trainer for this company for new meat cutters and anyone who ever really knows what they're doing the key for a sharp knife is learning how to use the steel and this far beyond exceeds any expectations I have. Might be called old from the generation but I'm teaching and I know the best equipment - this is one. Retire staff Sargent USMC Ferguson
