Quickly and conveniently cut cheese and meat with the Omcan (FMA) 39477 Gear Driven Automatic Slicer 13". Equipped with an automatic sliding carriage and two independent high performance fan cooled motors, this product provides continuous slicing while staff performs other tasks. The high carbon steel, hard chromed blade ensures razor sharp precision while the rotatable dual action sharpener keeps it in excellent condition.

Boasting adjustable settings, staff can precisely set the slice thickness up to 14 mm, stroke lengths. For operator safety, this unit comes with transparent Plexiglas Protection and a fixed ring guard to protect fingers from the blade. This automatic slicer has removable parts and is easy to disassemble for quick cleanup.
