    An excellent addition for delis, butcher shops, and restaurants, the Omcan (FMA) 13657 H-Series Horizontal Gear-Driven Meat Slicer 14" is especially designed to cut fresh meat. Designed with a large horizontal carriage and a double sliding table, this product provides a long stroke depth. Thanks to its high carbon steel blade, this machine has razor sharp precision while its high performance gear driven motor provides constant blade speed throughout the cut.

    The blade has a hollow ground taper for a long blade life while its embodied sharpener ensures perfect grinding and honing. For years of reliable use, it has an anodized aluminum body that is exceptionally durable and resists food acids. Easy to clean, this horizontal slicer has a flow line design, rounded corners, and removable parts.
