Equipped with eight stainless steel burners, this product uses 120,000 BTU of power, perfect for high volume commercial cooking. Thanks to its heavy 1" thick griddle plate, heat is evenly distributed while its electric thermostat controls allow for precise temperature adjustment. Perfect for a variety of cooking tasks, this model has a temperature range of 200°F to 550°F and a matchless ignition system that automatically lights the pilot when the power is turned on.

    Designed for years of reliable use, it boasts a double walled and reinforced stainless steel cabinet, solid panel base, and tapered backsplash to contain grease splatter. For easy cleanup, this unit has an extra smooth 11 gauge skirt finish, easily removable cabinet back, and large grease box with quick lift handle. A compact yet powerful choice for food service venues, this countertop gas griddle has a removable leg for flush mounting.
