Designed with two decks, it can accommodate up to twenty-four 12" pizzas at the same time..

This pizza oven features a deep fire brick lined Cordierite deck and is fully insulated with 2" fiberglass that ensures excellent heat retention, quick recovery, and uniform cooking temperatures. It's fire brick lined interior and counterweighted doors provide a tight seal to prevent heat leakage, so your pizzas are baked in authentic brick fired style. As an added benefit, this unit features a built-in crumb deflector that prevents crumbs from accumulating in the burners. To easily adjust the temperatures between 300°F and 650°F, it is equipped with a modulating thermostat. Exceptionally durable, this double deck pizza oven is built with a rust resistant stainless steel exterior and a welded angle iron frame.
