    Product Details for Montague 46" Deep Charcoal Broiler With Stainless Steel Front

    Grill ribs, burgers, hot dogs, or chicken with the Montague 43F 46" Deep Charcoal Broiler With Stainless Steel Front. Designed to produce rich, smoke-flavored menus, this unit is an excellent addition to catered events, resorts, steakhouses, and other food venues. The cooking hearth is built with a front and rear cast iron frame for heat retention while the adjustable, counterbalanced roll-back hood over the cooking grid helps control heat.

    For easy movement and even cooking, this charbroiler is equipped with heavy duty cast iron grid slides and heavy grid roller. To keep cooked food warm, fresh, and ready to serve, it features a top-mounted open warming shelf above the hood. For years of reliable use, this charcoal broiler has a heavy duty steel hearth plate that withstands high temperatures and a sturdy heavy gauge steel body with stainless steel front. Other surfaces are painted black with electrolytic zinc undercoating.
