Equipped with six individually controlled burners, it provides complete control over cooking temperatures while conserving energy by turning on just the burners that you need. Thanks to its two-position, two-sided cooking grids, it also allows staff to create more or less distance between the heat and food for better grilling results.

Boasting a high 120,000 BTU of heating power, this charbroiler ensures powerful yet efficient cooking performance and even heat distribution. For added flexibility, this unit is field convertible from radiant to briquette cooking. Made with a durable stainless steel front and sides and aluminized rear and bottom panels, this unit will withstand high volume use in a busy commercial kitchen. Moreover, it is built with rear and side splash guards to protect walls from stains. As an added benefit, this countertop charbroiler comes with a grease trough and crumb tray for easy cleanup.
