Engineered with two high-performance 25,000 BTU cast iron grates, it delivers superior heating performance. Thanks to its side-by-side design, it allows staff to cook different dishes simultaneously.Operation is simple and intuitive with its standing pilots that ensure easy ignition. Each knob features a cool-to-the-touch stainless steel bullnose front for a comfortable work zone. Easy to clean, this hot plate has a removable crumb tray and drip pan. Exceptionally durable, this countertop gas hot plate is built with a rust resistant stainless steel front panel and aluminized steel body.
