An excellent addition to food trucks, kiosks, or snack bars, the Star 624MF Star-Max Heavy Duty Gas Steel Griddle 24" is perfect for cooking pancakes, burgers, grilled cheese, and more. Designed to deliver outstanding cooking performance, it features a 1" thick highly polished steel griddle plate that heats evenly across the surface. Powered by 28,000 BTU U-shaped burners every 12" of cooking surface, it provides even heat distribution. The manual thermostat controls allows staff to adjust temperatures between 150°F to 450°F.

Easy to operate, it is equipped with a cool-to-the-touch stainless steel bullnose for knob protection. To protect walls from oil stains and splashes, this griddle is built with a tapered splash guard. For quick and convenient clean up, it comes with a grease trough, grease chute, and large stainless steel grease drawer. Built for long-lasting use in any commercial food venue, this heavy duty gas griddle has a stainless steel front panel and double wall aluminized steel side panels.
