Engineered with 28,300BTU aluminized U-shaped burner every 12" of cooking surface, it ensures fast and even heating. Thanks to its 1" thick stainless steel griddle plate, it distributes heat efficiently for superior cooking performance.

    Embedded with modulating thermostat, it allows for precise temperature control. For a comfortable working zone, this countertop griddle has a cool-to-the-touch bullnose front for knob protection. The tapered splash guard protects counters and walls from oil stains and splashes. Easy to clean, this unit comes with a spatula wide front grease trough, grease chute, and large grease drawer. For years of reliable use, this gas steel griddle is built with a rust-resistant stainless steel front panel and double wall aluminized steel side panels.
