This unit boasts a high 160,000 BTU heating power and uses lava rock to transfer heat to the product. Equipped with eight individually controlled burners, it provides complete control over cooking temperatures while conserving energy by turning on just the burners that you need.

For ease of operation, this charbroiler has manual controls with cool-to-the-touch stainless steel bullnose for a comfortable work area. Thanks to adjustable grates, it also allows staff to create more or less distance between the heat and food. Made with a durable stainless steel body, this lava rock charbroiler will withstand high volume use in a busy kitchen and has tapered splash guards to keep the environment around the unit clean.
