Thanks to its mechanical snap-action thermostat, it uses sensors embedded from the cooking surface, allowing precise temperature adjustment between 150°F to 550°F.

To protect walls from oil stains and splashes, this griddle is built with a rear and side splash guard and it comes with a grease trough and grease drawer for quick and convenient clean up.
