This product is designed with six stainless steel, U-shaped burners that are skillfully placed to distribute heat evenly across its polished, welded steel griddle plate, delivering 30,000 BTU per burner. Thanks to its generous 72" x 24" smooth surface, this item has plenty of workspace, perfect for cooking large batches of food. For convenient operation, each burner has individual thermostatic control for easy and precise temperature setting.

Perfect for use in pubs, clubs, diners, and restaurants, this griddle is built with an extremely durable all stainless steel exterior, all-metal knobs, and knob guards to protect gas valves from damage. This unit is also built with adjustable legs for easy leveling and extra heavy back and tapered sides to contain splashes. For easy cleanup, this countertop griddle comes with a small-width grease tray that fits into commercial dishwashers. For optimum flexibility, this heavy duty griddle is shipped set up for natural gas but is field convertible to be powered by a liquid propane.
