The elements are self-cleaning and strategically placed beneath the heavy duty cast iron grates to protect against direct food contact and spatula abrasion.

For complete cooking control, this electric charbroiler has individual infinite controls with signal lights to indicate a power-on condition. For easy cleanup, it comes with lift-out, draw drip pans with handles and removable cast iron grates. Exceptionally durable, this countertop electric charbroiler is built with a stainless steel top and sides and has 4" adjustable legs for excellent stability.
