Designed to provide outstanding performance, this unit features an open bottom cast iron gate for continuous updraft, ensuring optimum fuel combustion. To protect the interior from burnout, the heavy duty fire box is lined with refractory bricks. For easy loading and moving of wood/charcoal, the front of the charbroiler is built with a large stainless steel door with handle. Exceptionally durable, this wood-fired charbroiler features a stainless steel body that is rust resistant and easy to wipe clean and requires either legs or stand (sold seperately).
