Engineered with a 1/4" thick heavy duty polished steel grid plate and a 12" W x 16" D cooking area, this unit provides even heat distribution for consistent results, perfect for small-volume settings.
To adjust temperatures to suit cooking requirements, this unit has an adjustable thermostat with a temperature range of up to 475°F. A built-in drip pan makes simple disposal and cleanup. For years of reliable use in diners, concession stands, and food trucks, this countertop electric griddle is made from high quality, rust resistant stainless steel.
