    A workhorse in any commercial kitchen, the Atosa ATCO-513B-2 Double Deck Bakery Depth Gas Convection Oven is perfect for preparing double the number of dishes. Each deck accommodates five standard full-size baking pans which can be arranged either from left to right or front to back. Perfect for baking and cooking large quantities, this bakery depth design provides ample space as well as flexibility in loading and arranging your baking pans. This convection oven comes with five nickel-plated racks that can be adjusted to thirteen different positions.

    Designed to provide precise temperature control, it is equipped with a solid state digital controller that can be adjusted between 150°F and 500°F. Thanks to its Cook 'n' Hold feature, it allows staff to keep cooked dishes at a specific temperature until it is ready to serve. To easily monitor the cooking process, each deck is engineered with 50/50 dependent doors with double pane thermal tempered glass. Plus, the interior oven lights offer excellent visibility inside the oven cavity. For years of reliable use, this double deck gas convection oven is built with a rust-resistant, highly durable stainless steel exterior and enamel interior with covered corners for easy cleaning.
