This deep fryer is designed with an imported, high quality Robert Shaw thermostat with a temperature range between 200°F and 400°F while its self-reset high temperature limiting device ensures that the temperature point is accurate. To ensure safety, this deep fryer is equipped with 5 heavy duty burners which are tested and optimized for high gas efficiency while its safety valve automatically stabilizes the flame in case of emergency.

This functional and practical unit has an oil cooling zone in the bottom of the tank, protected from food residue which effectively doubles the useful lifespan of the oil. Made from easy to clean stainless steel, this deep fryer is corrosion resistant and exceptionally durable while its adjustable legs ensure stability on any surface. Including nickel plated baskets with wire mesh crumb screen and a heat-resistant handle, this deep fryer has everything for your deep frying needs.
