Designed to fit over (3) third size or (2) half size 2-1/2" deep steam pan holders, it is a great addition to buffets, catered events, and hotel dining rooms.
Made from Eastman Tritan™ copolyester material, this lid is exceptionally durable while it's crystal clear surface provides excellent visibility of what's inside the pan. Thanks to it's roll top design, it frees hands when serving food. In addition, the metal hinges resist corrosion, making this roll top lid ideal for long-term use.
