Use the Cadco CDT-3 Third Size False Bottom for Steam Pan to keep solid foods off the bottom of your steam table pans. Designed to rest 1/2" above the pan, it makes food items highly visible and easy to reach while its perforated surface allows excess liquids and sauces to drain.
Thanks to its large thumb holes, it ensures easy placement and removal. Made from top quality stainless steel, this false bottom is rust resistant, easy to clean, and will withstand years of commercial use. This false bottom pan is a universal fit for third size steam pans.
