This unit features an advanced airflow design with patented baffle for even baking and provides optimum thermal insulation. Easy to operate, this convection oven has an adjustable thermostat from 175°F to 500°F and a 60-minute timer option. To let staff know that baking is done, a buzzer goes off at the end of a cycle. Designed with a "cool-touch" double wall glass door, it provides added safety during baking while allowing a clear view of the baking process. Made from stainless steel, this electric countertop convection oven is rust resistant, easy to clean, and will withstand years of commercial use.
