This buffet server is designed for countertop use and holds two third-size, 2-1/2" deep steam pans. Perfect for serving medium to large groups, these pans hold approximately twenty 4 oz. servings each to lessen the need for refills. Equipped with snap action thermostat controls, staff can easily adjust temperatures between 155°F and 205°F.

This buffet server includes two clear polycarbonate dome lids to protect food from external contaminants while its utensil slots allow you to place serving spoons within easy reach. Made from top quality stainless steel, this countertop electric buffet server is easy to clean and will withstand years of daily commercial use.
