This unit holds four half size 2-1/2" deep steam pans, allowing you to serve different food choices simultaneously. Thanks to its snap action thermostat controls, it allows staff to adjust the temperatures between 155°F and 205°F. to enable excellent heat transfer throughout the entire warming surface.To keep food protected from external contaminants, it comes with two clear Tritan rolltop lids. For outstanding versatility, the pan holder is removable so the base can be used as a warming shelf. Perfect for use in buffet lines, catered events, or restaurants, this countertop electric buffet server is made from heavy duty stainless steel with a charcoal finish to easily complement any setting.
