An excellent addition to restaurants, buffets, or catered events, this unit has a stainless steel warming surface that accommodates one full size steam pan (sold separately).
It delivers even heat distribution throughout the entire surface while its variable heat controls makes it easy to adjust the temperature between 155°F to 205°F. To keep food fresh and protected from external contaminants, a rolltop lid sits directly on the warming surface. Made from heavy duty stainless steel, this warming shelf is easy to clean, rust resistant, and exceptionally durable while its charcoal finish easily complements any setting.
