An excellent addition to busy commercial kitchens, this unit is equipped with digital touch controls for time, temperature, and humidity and you can set up to 9 baking steps per program and save up to (99) programs with the help of an easy to use intuitive graphic control panel.
Thanks to two reversible fans and two speeds, this oven delivers even air flow and even heat distribution for excellent baking consistency. In addition, it includes an electro valve for direct water connection when requiring the use of humidity. For added safety and convenience, it is built with a double glass door that opens from the top and remains cool to the touch for easy handling. Made from top quality stainless steel, this full size digital convection oven comes with four wire shelves with 2-5/8" space between shelves and accommodates up to four half size sheet pans (sold separately). Easy to maintain,this heavy duty convection oven will withstand years of commercial use.
