Boasting the latest intelligent technologies, the Cadco XAFT-04HS-TD Bakerlux TOUCH Half Size Heavy Duty Digital Convection Oven, 4 Shelves 208-240V delivers perfect baking and superior results. Specifically designed for tackling baking and roasting in commercial food establishments, this unit has a patented fan design that ensures even air flow and even heat distribution. For uninterrupted production, staff can choose to use either the 10-hour timer or continuous operation.
Thanks to its TOUCH operation digital panels, staff can store and name up to 99 baking programs with twelve "Quick Access" programs. Best of all, staff can also set up to 9 baking steps per program, controlling the time, temperature and humidity. To quickly check the baking process, this convection oven is built with a double-walled glass door that remains cool to the touch. When the cooking cycle is done, the oven will beep and the door light will flash. This stainless steel heavy duty half-size convection oven has four wire shelves and can fit up to four half-size sheet pans (sold separately).
