Keep your commercial kitchen smelling clean and fresh with the Cadco XAKHT-HCFS Full Size Ventless Hood. Designed for use with the Bakerlux LED and TOUCH Ovens, this unit makes it possible to cook when traditional Type-1 hoods and duct-work are impractical or too expensive.
Boasting a vapor capture and condensing system, it eliminates unwanted odor and grease laden vapors expelled by the exhaust when opening the oven door. No outside venting required, it includes an electro valve for direct water connection. Made from stainless steel, this full size ventless hood is rust resistant, easy to wipe clean, and will withstand years of commercial use. This hood includes factory installation unless ordered separately.
