Use the CDN INTP626X ProAccurate® Infrared / Thermocouple Probe Thermometer to check both surface temperatures and internal food temperature. Equipped with a 4-1/2" stainless steel probe, this dual-function thermometer can be inserted into meat or poultry and has a temperature capacity of -67 to 626 degrees Fahrenheit. This thermometer also uses white light target illumination to accurately measure surface temperatures between -67 and 428 degrees Fahrenheit.
For added convenience, this thermometer has a lock mode and data-hold features which are useful for continuous temperature monitoring. Thanks to its ABS plastic construction with BioCote®, this waterproof infrared / thermocouple probe thermometer is exceptionally durable. When not in use, place this thermometer inside its pouch.
