Featuring a three-speed, 2 HP motor, this unit allows you to adjust the speed while ensuring consistent mixing even when the bowl is full. It comes complete with a spiral dough hook, wire whip, and flat beater while its 30 Qt. stainless steel bowl is perfect for mixing batches of food.
For added safety, it also has a wire bowl guard to prevent fingers and other objects from coming into contact with the mixer while in use. Designed to withstand the most demanding kitchens, this commercial planetary mixer is made from stainless steel with a heavy-duty, abrasion-resistant design. This planetary mixer is not recommended for making pizza, pita, or bread dough.
