Perfect for use in low-volume applications, this unit is equipped with a dial thickness control cam system for an always precise cut. Featuring an adjustable slice size, the operator can easily change the slice thickness up to 0.5".

This meat slicer comes with a 10" chrome plated 100cr6 forged carbon steel blade that is exceptionally durable and sharp. To ensure safety during operation, the hopper features an exclusive heavy duty plastic protection to keep your operator's hand at a safe distance from the blade and a safety cover is placed under the motor and electrical components. Made from aluminum alloy, this gravity feed meat slicer is crack and stain resistant and exceptionally durable.
