    The Eurodib MIRRA300P Manual Gravity Feed Meat Slicer with 12" Blade is an excellent addition to delis, butcher shops and supermarkets. Equipped with a razor-sharp, chrome plated 100cr6 forged carbon steel blade, this unit is designed to quickly slice meat for your customers.

    Featuring a dial thickness control cam system, staff can adjust the slice thickness up to 1/2" thick while its built-in sharpener ensures convenient sharpening. For operator safety, the hopper features exclusive heavy duty plastic protection to protect operator's hand and keep them at a safe distance from the blade. Made from aluminum alloy, this manual gravity feed meat slicer is easy to clean, crack and stain resistant, and exceptionally durable.
