The grooved top creates tantalizing grill marks on sandwiches, flatbreads, and wraps while the smooth bottom distributes heat evenly across the surface. Equipped with ceramic coated cast iron plates, it prevents food from sticking to the surface while resisting oxidation and acid/salt deterioration.

    Thanks to its two adjustable thermostatic controls, staff can adjust the temperature up to 572°F while its self-balancing upper plates allow it to easily adjust to the thickness of the food.
