A great addition to delis, cafes, food trucks and more, the Eurodib SFE01860-120 Electric Countertop Fryer with Full Size Basket, 8L is perfect for frying a variety of different foods. Made from high quality stainless steel, it has a compact design that makes it ideal for use on countertops in small commercial kitchens It features an immersion type stainless steel tubular element that provides outstanding cooking performance and comes with a nickel plated full size basket and stainless steel lid to accommodate a variety of foods.
Thanks to its thermostat control, it allows staff to easily change the temperature between 105°F and 370°F for complete control over the cooking process. For added safety, it is equipped with a thermal overload protection and electrical safety isolation switch. As an added benefit, it can be easily taken apart for cleaning.
