Equipped with aluminum disks with stainless steel, razor-sharp blades, this unit can slice, shred, grate, julienne, and dice cheese, fruits, vegetables, and other foods. Perfect for delis, restaurants, and other fast-paced, high-volume settings, it can cut and slice up to 420 lbs. of veggies per hour.

Easy to use, it features continuous feed operation and the slices drop into a white polycarbonate container. This vegetable cutter also comes with one slicing disc of your choice and one disc holder. Built with a polished aluminum base and stainless steel motor shell, this vegetable cutter will withstand years of commercial use.
