An excellent addition to bars, restaurants, and other food service venues, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0330FA Elevation Series Air Cooled Full Cube Ice Machine; 313 lb. produces full-size ice cubes. Designed to produce 316 lbs. of ice per day, this unit exceeds DOE regulations for energy saving efficiency, making it up to 20% more energy efficient than other models saving you on utility charges. In addition, it uses environmentally friendly, recyclable BPA-free dishwasher plastic components that are easy to snap-in and snap-out for easy cleaning and maintenance.
This ice machine features a unique plastic food zone that eliminates hard-to-clean nooks and crannies, making it easy to wipe down for continued sanitation. It also has a built in Agion® that provides outstanding antimicrobial protection to prevent against the growth of bacteria. And, thanks to its LED status lights, you can easily see when cleaning is needed. This unit also features a unique dual exhaust that allows it to be installed in a variety of settings without the potential of obstructing the exhaust. Finally, this ice machine utilizes a Universal Smart Harness control board that simplifies installation and servicing providing easier access, digital diagnostics, universal components and common configurations that make it easy and to set up and operate.
