A heavy duty grilling solution, this product boasts a fully insulated double walled outer construction with exceptionally durable stainless steel outer panels. Featuring four superior all stainless steel burners with a ceramic coal screen underneath, this unit operates at a total of 60,000 BTU power, providing the heat you need for searing and cooking. Thanks to its updated, computer designed heat pattern, this charbroiler provides edge-to-edge even heat and constant 600°F temperature.

Equipped with free floating top grid 1/2" steel rods, it gives your food attractive grills marks while being durable enough to withstand high temperatures without warping. To easily and precisely regulate temperatures, this item has individual front burner controls while its patented Easy Tilt top grid controls grease and reduces flare-up. Perfect for high-volume food service venues, this countertop charbroiler is designed with a service shelf with towel bar to keep frequently used utensils within easy reach.
