    Perfect for use in steak houses, restaurants, or pubs that are tight on space, the Magikitch'n MKG-24-E Countertop Gas Griddle With Electric Thermostat 24" is a compact yet powerful cooking solution. This product features four all stainless steel burners that use a total of 60,000 BTU of power, providing even heating across its heavy 1" thick griddle plate. Easy to operate, this unit boasts a matchless ignition and an electric thermostatic control for precise temperature regulation.

    This griddle has a temperature range of 200°F to 550°F, making it ideal for a variety of cooking tasks. For added operator safety, it has a gas regulator and safety pilot with flame loss shutoff. Thanks to its tapered splash back and no debris contour, food and grease splatter is contained within the griddle plate. For quick cleanup, this model has an extra smooth skirt finish, no exposed fasteners, and removable grease box. A high performance, exceptionally durable choice for commercial food venues, this countertop griddle is built with double walled and reinforced stainless steel sides, removable legs, and a solid panel cabinet base for convenient flush mount capability.
