Featuring four stainless steel burners with a total of 60,000 BTU power, this product provides even heating and excellent heat retention across its heavy 1/2" thick griddle plate. Equipped with solid state thermostat controls, you can quickly regulate burner settings between 150°F to 550°F.

    For added operator safety, this griddle boasts a gas regulator, safety pilot with flame loss shutoff, and matchless ignition which automatically lights the pilot when the power is turned on. Perfect for high-volume food venues, this unit is built with double walled and reinforced stainless steel sides while its tapered backsplash protects walls from grease splatter. A powerful yet compact model, it is built with 4" removable legs and a solid panel cabinet base for flush mount capability. Easy to clean, this countertop griddle has an extra smooth skirt finish, no exposed fasteners, as well as a removable grease box for quick disposal.
