    Use the Magikitch'n MKG-72-ST Countertop Gas Griddle With Solid State Thermostat 72" for cooking large batches of burgers, steaks, and more. Featuring twelve all stainless burners that use a total of 180,000 BTU power, this product provides even heating across its heavy 1" thick griddle plate. Equipped with six solid state thermostat controls, you can quickly regulate burner settings between 150°F to 550°F while its embedded temperature sensors provide fast response time and accurate surface temperatures. Easy to operate, this griddle is designed with a matchless ignition system that automatically lights up the pilot when the power is turned on.

    A highly efficient choice for busy concession stands, and diners, this model is built with double walled and reinforced stainless steel sides, a solid panel cabinet base, and 4" legs for excellent stability. Thanks to its tapered backsplash, the walls and surround equipment are protected from splatter while its extra smooth skirt finish and no exposed fasteners allow for easy cleanup. For convenient grease management, this countertop gas griddle has a front trough that collects excess oil and food debris and directs it into the large grease box.
