Make authentic brick oven style pizza when you use the Montague 13P-1 Legend Single Deck Pizza Oven 41-1/2" x 31".Designed with a deep fire brick lined Cordierite deck and a fire brick lined interior, it ensures excellent heat retention, quick recovery, and uniform cooking temperatures. Capable of baking six 12" pizzas at once, it will deliver delicious, perfectly crispy pizza every time. In addition, its counter-weighted doors provide a tight seal for easy closing.

For ease of operation, this oven has a modulating thermostat that allows staff to easily control temperatures between 300° to 650°. Equipped with a built-in crumb deflector, it will deflect crumbs from falling through door openings, preventing crumb accumulation in the burner box. Made with a stainless steel front, two sides and top, and a welded angle iron frame, this single deck pizza oven is exceptionally durable and will withstand the high volume in any pizzeria or restaurant.
