Product Details for Montague Legend Single Deck Gas Pizza Oven 60-1/2" x 36"
Designed with ample hearth space and a durable design, the Montague 15P-1 Legend Single Deck Gas Pizza Oven 60-1/2" x 36" can keep up production in even the most demanding pizzerias. Ideal for making delicious authentic brick style pizzas, artisan bread, and more, this fully insulated oven features a deep fire brick lined Cordierite deck with a fiber brick lined interior that ensures excellent heat retention, quick recovery, and uniform cooking temperatures. Thanks to its counterweighted oven doors, it provides a tight seal to eliminate heat leakage.
Built with powerful heating capabilities, it has four burners with a total of 160K BTU and can hold up to ten 12" pizza at a time. As an added feature, its built-in crumb deflector prevents crumbs from accumulating in the burner box to keep burner components free from debris. To easily control the temperature between 300°F 650°F, this pizza oven has a modulating thermostat. This pizza oven is built with a stainless steel front, top and sides and a welded angle iron frame for long lasting commercial use.
